These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) explain the terms and conditions by which you may access and use Homora V2 protocol via a user interface, (the “Interface” or “App”) provided by Alpha Venture DAO (“we”, “our”, or “us”). You must read this Agreement carefully as it governs your use of the Interface. By accessing or using the Interface, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound and to comply with this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree, then you must not access or use the Interface.
1. Introduction
The Interface provides access to (a) a decentralized protocol on various public blockchains, including but not limited to Ethereum, that allows users to open a leveraged liquidity-providing position (“the Homora V2 protocol” or the “Protocol”). The Interface is just one of the means to access the Protocol.
2. Modification of this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, in our sole discretion. If we make any modifications, we will update the date at the top of the Agreement and by maintaining a current version of the Agreement at All modifications will be effective when they are posted and you will be bound by the Terms if you continue to access or use the Protocol. If you do not agree with any modifications to this Agreement, you must immediately stop accessing and using the Interface. We encourage you to review the Terms from time to time to ensure that you understand and acknowledge the terms and conditions that apply to you when you access or use the Interface.
3. Use of services
As a condition to accessing or using the Interface, you must be able to form a legally binding contract with us. Accordingly, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (e.g., 18 years old in the United States) and have the full right, power, and authority to enter into and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement on behalf of yourself and any company or legal entity for which you may access or use the Interface. We reserve the right to restrict your access to the Interface via any technically available methods if
3.1 You are the target of any sanctions administered or enforced by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”), the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, Her Majesty’s Treasury, or any other legal or regulatory authority in any applicable jurisdiction
3.2 You are located, organized, or resident in the United States
3.3 We suspect that you are using the Services for any illegal activity
