FAQ

Who can apply?

Web3 builders from anywhere in the world can apply. We offer two programs that cater to different stages: Build and Launch. Build Track is for early stage projects with team, product ideas, and a reasonable protocol architecture / design including protocol components, flow & interactions. Launch Track is for mid to late stage projects that have a workable product and have raised a small funding round, but have yet to launch on mainnet or yet to launch the token.
How to apply?
Fill out this application form in less than 30 minutes and you’re all set.
When to apply?
We have multiple batches per year. The next deadline is May 27, 2022. Applications are evaluated on a rolling basis; apply early to secure your spot.

What to prepare?

We don’t want to shift your focus from building so we have made our application process very straightforward and simple. You’ll just need to fill out basic details about your project and upload supporting documents, including pitch deck and/or whitepaper. Apply here.

What happens after applying?

We will be in touch via email. For more information, refer to the due diligence process.

How long does the process take?

You’ll hear from us within 2 weeks after applying. The complete process from receiving the application to making a final decision is up to 4 weeks.

How much does it cost?

We understand what it’s like to be a builder, especially at such an early stage. Hence, we’ve worked hard to make sure that there is no upfront cost to this program. In return, we take 2% (for Launch track) and 5% (for Build track) of future token supply.

Does the program provide funding?

There is no investments from Alpha Venture DAO, but we help you fundraise from tier-1 investors and founders at our exclusive demo day event.

Is the program remote?

Yes, the program is completely remote.

How long is the program?

The program length is 2 months for each track. For Founders looking to go through both the tracks, the total duration becomes 4 months.

Do startups applying to the Build Track have to go through the Launch Track as well?

It is not necessary to go through both the tracks. The startups can complete the Build Track and choose to come back for the Launch Track either immediately after the program or at a later date or completely skip it. However, we highly recommend going through both the tracks for a complete building and scaling experience.

How is the program different from other accelerators or incubators?

Come and find out. Jokes aside, we are builders ourselves which is why we can provide unique perspectives catered to builders like you. We bring operating experience, community, track record, and most importantly network on the ground from all areas from legal structure to community building to mentor you to succeed no matter what stages of building you are in.
